Positioned as a gateway to Schaumburg's new Town Square development, located in the heart of the city's designated historic district, the building makes a strong statement for the client while conforming to the historic vernacular required by the village. Traditional masonry detailing was capped with an exposed steel cornice to provide a sense of scale and texture.
The interior design departs from the exterior aesthetic in keeping with the client's desire for a bright, open and colorful banking environment.
